Mission Statement

The Lee County Sheriff's Office is committed to protecting the lives, property, and rights of all people, to maintain order and to enforce the laws of this State. We will promote proactive partnerships to identify problems and develop solutions to improve public safety and strengthen relationships with citizens and the criminal justice community.

The Lee County Sheriff's Office is responsible for the professional care and custody of those confined in our jail, the security of our courts, dispatching services to all agencies within Lee County, traffic enforcement and the prompt and thorough investigation of crimes. It is our mission to improve and maintain the quality of life we enjoy by being proactive and to ensure that our county is a safe place to live, work and visit.

We are totally dedicated to this mission, to the County we serve and to accept the responsibility of attaining our goal of achieving excellence within our profession.
