County Administrator

The County Administrator, under and subject to the direction of the Board, is the chief administrator of Lee County, and is responsible for the proper administration of policies adopted by the Board. The Administrator reports directly to the Executive Committee of the Board. The Board Chair serves as the day-to-day liaison between the Administrator, the Executive Committee, and the full Board.  

MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the County Administrator is to ensure the administration and coordination of all aspects of county administration and activities, in an effective and efficient manner, and in accordance with the policies, goals and objectives as established by the County Board for the benefit of County Officers/Department Heads, employees and the general public.
